Default 04 LS Hesitation Problem

Today when the light changed to green, I gently gave it the gas and, at first, nothing happened. Then it started going, and then was fine. My wife said the same thing happened to her last week. So, it's only happened twice, and I've had no other problems with the car (2004 LS430 CL). I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar, or does anyone have any ideas as to what might cause this ? (I guess it isn't going to go away, and I'll have to deal with it eventually.)

I've dealt with the ES300 hesitation problem a few years ago with my 2002 ES300. This is different, in that the car very gently starts to go, and does not jerk like my ES did then.

Yeah, it was actually a replacement program for the early 04s due to metal shavings inside. Mine was replaced back then with no issues since. Thanks.
