Default Replacing Mirror light Bulb for 2001 LS430

yO does anyone know how to replace the light bulb under the side view mirrors for a 2001 LS430? Just wanted to make sure how to take apart before i break something.

be careful though, because if you press too hard on the gray plastic tab you might break part of the white plastic underneath it. just did mine today, replaced the bulbs with superwhite led's, looks amazing!!

I got mine at autolumination.com, and sorry man, I didn't take pics when I put them in, but trust me, its really easy, just press the top of the mirror in so the bottom sticks out, then if you look inside you can see a little gray tab, just press that in and then take a screwdriver and wrap it in a towel so you don't scratch anything and pry off the side of the clear plastic lens that is closest to the mirror

Thanks alot got56ry. you can also get the led lights on eBay. One more quick question when you install the led light does the light still fade away like the halogen bulb?

yeah just installed mine and looks badd mang but pushed to hard and broke part of the white plastic inside its all good though
