Another member has put a Honda S2000 oval tip that looked really good and does fill the gap. Otherwise, Magnaflow has some nice looking ones too.

Yep, S2000. I think the oval shape fits the gap better than round. Make sure for any tips they are double wall to prevent heat build up if you are mounting it close or touching the cutouts.

Thanks Dave.. I'll make sure the ones I buy are double wall.. Those Borla tips I posted look pretty good (they tell me they don't transfer heat) and I think I might get those at my local high performance muffler shop unless I find something else better. They are only $40 CDN each installed for the welded version vs the clamp on screw type.

Richie,

Sorry I missed you on MSN on Saturday wifey left the computer on when we left for the day.. Hope the new job is going well.. Shoot me a PM and let me know all the details!!

Ken, your LS looks identical to mine as well - nice pickup!

I'm planning on SC430 tips on mine, have the datasystem controller in house, just need to get it installed.

Hey Dave,

Never thought about the SC430 tips.. Hmmm.. Maybe you can help me out when I get the Datasystem Controller next month.. We really need someone to do a detailed write-up and I am more than willing to do it but I might need to pick your brain once we get them installed..
Your wife has my next car I want however my wife won't let me get the 997.. Can't afford it right now anyways.. LOL

What's the little lady driving now??
LS most of the time (it's our DD) or her Porsche 911. She's got an E36 M3 for a full-on track car.
