I have an interesting bug with my nav system, and was wondering if anyone else has a simular problem.

When I go into the destination menu and go to poi catagories, and lets say for example choose resturants. after choosing a type of resturant and creating a list, when I quickly scroll down the list, the a/c will turn off, sometimes giving me a warning message saying a/c filter replace.
I mentioned it to the dealer but they didn't find a problem.

When I picked up the car I got it to turn off the a/c right in the service area parking lot, but of course I called the service rep over to the car and could not get it to repeat.

Another issue I have is when I use the voice activation to turn on the audio system, the voice will say audio system on, but there will be no music. If I say audio system off, the voice will acknoledge and if I comand it to turn on again it will work fine. Anybody else have that problem?

I don't have the A/C issue, but once in awhile, then I say "DVD", it goes to the screen but nothing happens. I attribute that to my CoastalTech Lockpick acting up. It goes away when I turn the car off, then back on again. Are you using a Lockpick too?

 

No I don't have a lockpick. Just stock equipment.

 

Try resetting the air filter msg by pressing OFF for a few seconds with the ignition in the ON position. (it will let you know you have reseted the filter properly).
