Default Where is the ML Amp in 2005 ls430

I have searched for hours and I am either missing it or can not find the ML amp location for a 2005 ls 430 , I have seen threads where the amp is located in the rear of car on passenger side in GS but when I open the floor there in my LS, it seems to hold the navigation unit and another smallish box ( this cant be the ML amp can it ) also which wires should I tap to add an amp for a new subwoofer , I have allready replaced the sub and just tapped off the old sub leads , but it is lacking , some of the other threads suggest to tap the sub lead from the amp and the front woofer leads to get a better range, would like to tap these and run to a LOC then to amp, any help would really be appreciated. any pics would also be great or even a link to the proper thread, again thanks

its in the trunk behind the panels all the way up in the corner, when you tak up the panels your gonna see the navigation unit.. the amp is further up, its kinda hidden so you have to look good

thanks Topshottaz , I will go out and find it now that I know where to look ,
Now does anyone have the correct colors for the wire tap off of the amp , do I tap before or after the amp? I am going to hook up a Kicker 400:1 amp and drive either a 8 or a 10 inch slim profile free air pioneer sub , i also thought about the JL 10 IB.

your gonna have to use a hi/lo converter.... hook it up to your sub in the top of your back deck, this will give you your signal... and then your hi/lo is gonna plug into your signal processors if any and then go to your amps... i did a FULLL system in mines and it is a little tricky with the signal

you have to use the hi/lo to get your RCA inputs which go into your amp if your not using signal processors.... you can use a regular hi/lo converter or you can use a Audio Control LC6... im gonna take pictures of mine and show you
