Yeah, mine crapped out as well. I'm overseas right now, but they said that there have been a few people complaining about it. They said to check all of the rows of LED's to be sure just one didn't burn out, but I find that an unlikely cause.

They said that they would have replacements in one week and that I could send any defective parts back in for replacement.

I'll update in a week or so when I'm back around.

anyone else having this problem ? I'm going to pick up a set and don't want to deal with any problems.

these tails really change the look of the 01-03 model.

I have not had the resistor problem. I will be interested to see how they weather the Arizona summer. If they turn pink the OEM's go back on. I still have a row out which I suspect is loose connection but since we are moving currently I haven't had a chance to investigate.

I've sent them an email, since everytime I call them they don't pick up the phone...I'd say stay away until this is resolved.

Hello,

I’ve tried to call you guys more than a few times but your VM is full and nobody ever answers. I purchased some taillights for my 2002 Lexus LS430 from you. They were good for about a month and now the “taillight failure” lamp on the dash comes on. I can only assume that it’s a failure on the resisters that come packaged with the lights, as no LED’s are out (but others are having problems with LED’s being out as well).

I’m on the ClubLexus.com message board. A few of us have bought these and are having issues. Please let me know how we can resolve this.

Thanks,

Exclamation

Well, after trying to call them and email them over the last week, I finally got someone on the phone (Elaine). She said that the ebay team was not in (surprise) and that I should contact them at their extensions directly.

Phone: 626-435-2929
Direct Extensions: 108, 121, 119, 134

If you are having issues with your lights, I would recommend a phone call into them. Perhaps if they get enough feedback, they can work with manufacturing to get this squared away.

I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. I like the lights, but that stupid dash light is starting to **** me off something fierce.
