any of you guys have an opion on swapping a 2002 with nav black,68k miles for a white 2001 ultra 62k miles,i bought my car from lexus dealer few months ago,got for around 23k,mainly cuz the paint had some issues,and needed a touch up here and there,lets say the paint is not perfect,the rest of the car was good,few Wear MARKS around the nav,and a cracked rear tail light.

The same dealer has this ultra,and is asking 23k,do you think this is a good deal,or should i keep mine.?
