You can get one off of eBay. They have chrome and black chrome ones.

The only way to get a black one like that is too strip the chrome off an eBay grille or purchase a K-Break grille. The K-Break grille is around $700-$775 shipped from Japan where as the eBay one is around $100 or so.

No problem.

The grilles are usually cheaper though. There is a guy in Dallas Texas that sells grilles for $40. If you search "LS430" on the Dallas-Fort Worth Craigslist his ads should show up. I bet he would ship it to you.
