How can you tell which Ultra package has PCS... is the the clear plastic behine the Lexus front logo???

Mine has the PCS and it does have the clear plastic behind the Logo. I believe the PCS was an option on top of the ones that come with the UL.
Once I was in stop and go traffic and wasn't paying attention when the car in front of me came to a stop. I veered to the right just as my seat belts really tightend up sensing a collision.

It works all the time (my wife tested it so we have personal experience, lol).
