You could set with techstream to unlock all doors by pressing once on the key fob.
Exactly my goal as well. I am hoping to change a few settings on Monday. I’ll report back.

Must be possible as that is exactly how my UK model 2004 LS430 works.
You approach with SmartKey on you, and when you touch the drivers door handle it unlocks all 4 doors.

There are 3 options you can select for door-unlocking when you touch your hand on the inside of the driver's door handle.

Option 1 - unlock the driver door only, Option 2 - unlock both doors on the driver side, Option 3 - unlock all 4 doors.

You may select these options by holding both "Lock" and "Trunk" buttons on your FOB for 5 seconds. You will hear a double-beep once indicating that Option 1 is selected. Holding both "Lock" and "Trunk" buttons for 5 seconds again and you will hear the double-beep twice indicating that Option 2 is selected. Holding both "Lock" and "Trunk" buttons for 5 seconds again and you will hear the double-beep three times indicating that Option 3 is selected.

The selection process can be repeated by holding both "Lock" and "Trunk" buttons for 5 seconds.

I wasn't aware that these door opening settings can be made on the key fob. I thought all such settings had to be done using Techstream. You schooled me on this, rkw.

Are there any other user settings that can be modified through the key fob? How about changing "all doors unlock" when gear shifted into "Park?"

I believe the "all doors unlock when gear shifted into P" can only be done via Techstream. I'm not aware of any other settings that can be changed using FOB, unfortunately.
