Default 01 price

Hi

Can anyone tell me an average price for an 01 ls430... cant tell if this one is an ultra but i like this one:

http://www.lexusofsmithtown.com/en_U...=lex-smithtown

Galves says trade in should be like 18-20k.... they want 26,995 in other ad I saw.... still seems a tremendous markup. I want to offer like 22500 lol...

What are some prices people paid? I dont think i can swing for an 04 as they seem to be mid-high 30's.

Thanks

Yeah it is a ultra, but they have had this car for some time (I pass the dealer on my way home everyday). $22500 is a good price to off, but no way will they drop to that price. They probably own the car for high and trying to get as much as possible for it. They will probably send it to the auction if it sits on the lot much longer and take the best off.

You ever stopped in there to talk to them.. how are they to deal with? Any suggestions on other places to go?

Wonder why they have had it for a while.. overpriced or people want new?
thanks

Never really got up close to check it out. Looked decent from a distance. I'll call someone I know in service and ask him the low down on the car. Get back at ya soon.

My car was similar, and KBB gave a trade value of $25.6K for it.

I paid $26.4K for my 58K mile black on black LS UL

TODD,
you got that price only because the dealer screwed up the price right. They only gave you the deal to try and keep you from causing a major incident.

kosmo101,
A price of $27k seems fair from a Lexus dealer.

True.. but then again the dealer has a 125K mile '01 UL for $19K currently.

$27K to $28K seems right from my research.

Mine's at the dealer for a sub replacement and some adjustments.. Driving an '07 IS currently.. Kinda fun, but a bit rough for this old man.
