2001 LS430 Mark/Nav
My 2001 LS430 Mark/Nav has 94,800 on it! Had a few issues all during warranty period. Averaging about 14,000(a little under 14,000 miles) miles a year on the car. Drives smoth and silky and gives no major cost issues outside of regular services. Did the 90,000 mile service in March and cost me $1080. Its steep but, for me its worth it because the car gives no problems when taken care of!

04 LS430 Modern Lux - purchased in 03/08 w/70K and it now has 84K! No problems to speak of other than the tempermental Nav Screen, regular oil changes (Royal Purple 5W/30), normal maintenance, several mods, overall perfect.

04 LS Ultra
92k on 04 ultra. I purchased it from a Lexus dealer in Cleveland on Jan 2 of 2008 with 73k. I live in Atlanta and I drive a lot (when I can find fuel). I caught a flat tire last week and my low air pressure light will not go off. That has been the only issue, knock on wood.

'04 CL with 39500 on it. Just got it a week ago and already put on almost 1000 miles... 
better stop loving to drive it so much.
Can't imagine a better car for the buck right now. $28K what can you get this size new that has all these goodies?
