well it's going to be a very different car, you need to ask yourself what you want. sporty, down to the road, handling, speed? if any of those, i don't think you will be happy with teh ls. but if you want comfort, space, quiet, smooth, gadgets, etc... the ls is probably a car you would want to consider
and yes, the ls460 will come out next yr, and it's gooing to be a lot more expensive then the 01/02 ls430 as well, so it's your car. for me, i will just sit tight
