1)if i want more bass on an MarkL, what should i get and would i have to do alot of adjusments?

1) you can get a bigger sub if you want. the stock 8" is definitely weak
2) i won't even consider springs, get coilovers....
3) that's your personal preference. i won't put chrome wheels on my car ever
4) it won't, you need to mod the audio/video setup on the car. read audio forum
