Hey guys,
Im just wondering, how good this deal is :
2005 LS430
Modern Luxury Package.
1000 miles.
Grey Exterior/ Black Interior.
for $53,500..
The dealer wont budge a single cent less.

Perfect color combo! I think you got a good deal. Not the deal of the century . Does it come with the sport polished 18" wheels? If not have them throw on those wheels as part of the deal. Those wheel have high value and are rare. If you think the ride is too firm you can easily sell them to get stock 17's which are cheaper and plentiful

That is one of the top if not the top Lexus dealers in Mass. The waiting room has a huge screen TV

yes, going up from NYC to MA to get the car.
Im thinking of registering the car in MA, cos my sister goes to BU, so I can use her place as a local address.
Save 3.25% on tax ...and maybe more on insurance.
Now, lets look at wheel choices!! this 18" 5 spokes will be delegated to winter use starting this November...

Modern Luxe is the best!!! SmartAccess, NAVI...not the rear seat package (Ultra Luxe), but still all that you'd ever need, plus lots more...
$55,000 is the number I have in mind as rock bottom for a brand new one, and usually it's higher than that.
And the black interior is sweet!!! Notice how the wood trim fades to black on the edges, like an 'antique wood instrument'...a special touch only for black leather interiors on '05- models...

ahh... icic. hopefully the soon-to-be-mine car has it.

The thing is that the Lexus.com chart and brochures don't mention that lots of Modern Luxe LS 430's come with SmartAccess...they have that 'checklist' where the SmartAccess is listed as the top 2 options packages only, but it's included.

hey all...
just came back from the dealers ...
apparently, the salesman on the phone gave me wrong information.
The car does not have Modern Luxury Package!
But apparently, the car has Custom Luxury Package!!
so, should be better right ? Giving me an extra of the Laser Cruise Control and the Laminated Glass.
They still gave me the same price.. $53500 + tax and tags.
Should have it here by next week.
