Default Navigation welcome first page

Hi, I got LS430 without manual. Could someone help me to resolve welcome note when switch ignition on. Everytime note ask to agree with rules to use navigation system while driving.
Every time I press "I agree". Is it possible to switch this note off. I'm so tied to press it every time. Thank you for solution in advance.

You'll have to deal with it. Turning it off is not an option. Just one of the little things you have to deal with.

Make sure you stretch before you touch the screen. Wouldn't want you to pull a muscle
