for all u techs heres a question
today had a 04 ls430.
the master key fob trunk release button was inop. other key works
replaced the smart key
i then programed the imobolizer
now the car starts
when i tried to program the key fob i couldnt find how to do it on tis
1 tech said there is a button near the tire pressure sensor. press and hold wait for the green light.
that didnt work
another tech said try programing it like
insert key and remove key 2 times then open door 2 times sequence. that didnt work
another tech said to do the other sequence. that didnt work
now i got fed up going arround asking everyone how to program it. i went to a ds. to my surprise he couldnt find it on the diag tester or trying any of the sequences. so heres my question to the techs that visit this place

Can you give me a run down on what screens you are getting on your scanner? (screen shots or pix would be helpful) What scanner are you using?
