The LS430 is a great auto but the Lexus Link system is a ripoff. The first year is free but if you cancel after that period you still get a message every time you start the engine trying to get you to sign up again. Evidently many people have complained to Lexus (according to their Customer Service) but 'they are working on a solution'. They have been 'working' since at least last October when I started calling.

I suggest that everybody that is annoyed with this situation just push the 'services' key everytime that they start their engine. When somebody answers, complain to them. If enough people call into Lexus Link, maybe Lexus will do something about this problem.
