A/C issues after ML amp swap
2001 LS430 Sport with ML amp.
I just recently swapped out my ML amp as I was getting no sound out of my speakers. This fixed the problem! However, Since then my A/C has stopped working. No response from any buttons hot or cold. No codes present either.
Stumped on this one. I have checked all fuses which look good and back probed my connectors. The clue so far is that the yellow wire in the smallest connector does not have any voltage. I am looking into this now but would appreciate any help if someone has had this issue before.

Since it didn't happen until you unplugged the amp I would look at all the connectors and make sure all pins are positioned properly. If you did this without unplugging the battery its possible it could be a fuse but probably not. Reason I mentioned the pins is this cars wiring carries communication and intertwined everywhere. To give an example I replaced my nav with android aftermarket and wanted to just unplug the dvd player in trunk which no longer needed and none of my AC would work.
I have checked all the fuses and they are fine.
Checked all the pins and seem ok.
The way they are all intertwined is a bit annoying when it comes to this.
Yellow wire on the small connector is not showing any power. That is my lead at the moment.

What did you use for the new amp remote wire or did you use the speaker level/high level input? Many years ago I tapped into a wire that i thought would work for adding a remote wire and it ended up being part of the a/c system and wouldn't allow the a/c to come on when the radio was on. Even putting the old ML amp back in without disconnecting the new wiring for the aftermarket amp isn't a definitive test with these new wires still connected. Did you completely disconnect the new wiring from the system? Specifically the remote wire.
