Hello Gents, where I can find the wiring diagram of the ML amp on a 2017? I think I'm going to swap the ML amp for an aftermarket since all the speakers are aftermarket, the sub I have it to 8ohm, but I heard the ML is like 16ohms. Can someone confirm that? Thanks in advance.

 

Your intel is all wrong, also the ML amp can run lower ohm speakers. The Focal speaks I'm upgrading to are 2 and 4 ohms, it's been done before by a couple members in the gsf forums. Not a lot of options for free air subs for the rear deck, so I'm leaving that alone. Unless you know what your doing with the amp, your probably going to mess things up trying to replace it entirely. Also the ML amp is better than a lot of aftermarket ones, as far as sound quality goes, unless your going to spend $k's for some high end stuff.

 

The headunit sends the sound down a serial audio bus to the amp. I'm not sure that replacing the amp is a good idea, what will be there to convert the serial bus to audio? Does the headunit need the amp there?
