Rear speaker grille replacement?

Was working on replacing my speakers but I guess in the cold, the rear speaker grille's fasteners broke. Anyone know of a replacement part besides the $140 dollar one from the dealers?

There’s three listed on eBay right now. Or just use an epoxy to put it back together, not like it needs to be super strong or anything, just needs to hold.
