Default advice on keeping factory nav

I own a 2003 Lexus LS430 and my goal is to retain the factory navigation system while upgrading the entire audio setup. I plan to replace the factory amplifier, subwoofer, tweeters, and speakers with higher-quality aftermarket components, while ensuring full integration with the oem navigation display and vehicle electronics. The objective is improved sound quality, clarity, and bass response without compromising the factory appearance or functionality.

1000%
I have a 2006 with ML- Nav currently waiting on a few wiring harnesses to test head unit output in the trunk where the amp is located. Currently have two vendors assisting in a possible solution. As time permits going to experiment the theory via wiring diagrams and the reality of this coming to fruition. I have a thread going on as well.

Sounds like both of you are wanting to keep the factory radio, I don’t see any benefits to that but we all have our tastes. Anyway, here’s a LINK to a little write up I did with a new double DIN (and kept the nav screen) using the BeatSonic adapter if you’re interested, might be something useful to you in there. I think a couple others have installed a hidden single DIN.

The only thing I would like to add is having BT on my 2003 (without changing the Nav). Will be great to see some suggestions from you all. Thanks
