Hoping for some help for the Tech savvy guys. I want my DRLs turned off. I work overnight often and idle a lot. I have a new version of the plug and an old computer that runs Windows 10. Unfortunately my computer skills are stuck in the 80’s. Can someone point me to a competent video that could walk me through the process? Thanks.

 

I recently set up tech stream. I tried it on a windows 11,10, and windows xp computer. I could only get it working on the windows xp laptop. the software doesn't seem to like newer operating systems.

 

 

Works fine on my win 11 just make sure you install the 64 bit driver for interface which is widely available.

 

Works fine on my Win10 laptop, but as Alex says ^^^ you need the 64 bit driver for the Mini-VCI.
I am running Techstream 12 so can't comment on later versions.

So you can pay the monthy for the online - and I guess this 12 version is like a local install then? So where do you get this 12 version? Never mind - Checking google now and I see a download ...
Looks interesting & promising anyway... So are you guys running virtual or a 64bit Windows version then? Thx

 

I am going to install the virtual version and try it. Cable was ordered and will be here tomorrow.

This is from Amazon, I was able to access what appears to be all of the Techstream controls. I’m going to try and program a key shortly.

Holden the 64 bit driver should come on disc with the cable if not google it and numerous places to download.
