Default LS430 is #1 (Car & Driver)

December issue of Car and Driver has $70K sedan comparison that includes MB S430, VW Phaeton, Audi A8L, BMW 745i, Jag XJ8, and Lexus LS43. They ranked LS430 number one even though it has lowest skidpad (0.73) and second longest braking distance (179 ft from 70mph).

I think it would have posted much better times if it had the sport package!! I think they really did a good job restyling this car.

I would much rather get a LS430, and drop some JDM 20s and a tein coilover kit on it, than get a 745 and drop it off at the dealer for repairs
