Default Thoughts on polishing Intake manifold?

Been thinking of polishing my intake manifold myself. I know you could always port and polish but I was just thinking about polishing since thats less risky for me to mess up doing. Any thoughts? Not worth it? Worth it if I do it myself? Let me know, Thanks!

For a road car, as opposed to one for competition, then NO.

No because the power gain would be very small? Or no because of the time and money it would take/cost. Because I would just do it my self with my dads tools so it wouldnt cost me anything but the time to do it

i don't think porting and polishing the I.M.alone would net very much. you would need to pull the heads and port/polish the intake ports there to make any real difference

Polishing the exterior for a mirror finish? Or trying to mess with the intake runner ports? These aren't considered "performance cars" so your standard "performance tuning / mods" are a path way less traveled.

The runner ports. Just to help the air flow better, I know the performance gains would be minimal if any but Im just trying to make the engine happier

These intake manifolds are incredibly well engineered and you will not do anything porting the intake manifold. Just get a ecu tune and call it a day.
