Our 2002 LS430 still has its OE airbags. None have ever been activated.
Are we good to go for another 23 years?

 

As a 2005 owner, I sure hope so, barring an airbag warning light!

I considered these to be lifetime, but Lexus apparently does not, or at least wants them checked at age 10 then every 2 years after (!). I wonder if dealer would say "we never do that", but I did find this:

unless your airbag light comes on, they are all working ok
