How Do You Replace Door Chrome Molding?

Can anyone tell how how difficult is it to replace this chrome molding as indicated in the picture?

Going by the parts diagram I'm guessing a combination of fasteners and double sided tape.

Thank you, I saw that diagram but wondering if anyone has replace the chrome piece to provide any advise.

You will need a part from Lexus as it clips over the plastic panel and is held on with double-sided tape until the panel is bolted on, which then clamps the chrome trim in place.
I haven't removed the trim from the plastic panel, but have had the panel off.
