Tapping noise
Hello.
My lexus (gs) with 3uz developed a tapping noise from cylinder 8 area and can you hear it on idle till about 1800rpm, than sounds like goes away. .
car runs fine and 160k miles on the clock.
If I just leave it it is causing harm?
To be fair, last year did the same for a week and I flushed the engine with BG ,changed the oil and gone..
