I was in the hunt for an LX 470 but the prices are ridiculous if you can find a decent one. I decided to shift gears and focus on an LS 430 instead since I'll get way more for my buck. Loving a Flint mica with ash interior on 18s with no NAV 😁

For anyone interested in a 2006 LS 430 this is a Florida vehicle for sale in Ontario, Canada. These usually go very quickly!

It's a totally different car. Built for different purposes.
For me they would both fulfill my Lexus obsession with an overbuilt, reliable, long distance cruising machine for the summer months. Obviously the LX would be more ideal to transport my Golf and Kiteboarding gear but I can make it work with the LS given the difference in cost

Thanks I had already found this one but its not the color combo I'm looking for. I'm checking a few flint mica's out west will see what happens.
In portland oregon. Your color combo and trim level too. As is typical, the dealer gets it wrong and implies modern luxury trim but it looks like a base model no navigation. https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/ctd/d/portland-2006-lexus-ls-430-modern/7713764774.html

Thanks TominPT, I've been talking with Huy over the past couple days trying to get a detailed video. We had a video walk through yesterday but the quality was really poor. A few things that were not functional, passenger actuator, rear sun shade and the steering wheel only goes up and down. I actually prefer the base model without the NAV but it does have the 18s. I'm hoping he sends me a good video today and will see where I go with this.
I use Autotempest for my search so no stone gets left unturned lol
What's your budget? I see 98-99 LX470s in good shape under 10k lately. Prices are coming down (on all used cars)
I'm more interested in the 5 speed VVTI versions but you're right the 06 - 07s I'm watching in the low to high 20s are not moving which means price reductions are warranted.

It's nice but that's mighty expensive for an LS430 with that many miles. Also, I think aftermarket wheels really hurt the car's looks ... although I guess easily enough replaced.

Keep in mind that's in CAD dollars which translates to about 10.5 k USD which isn't too far off depending on the condition. I'm with you on after market rims, not a fan as well.
Guys any idea what these cables are. It looks like someone worked on them for some reason and left the wires exposed. To provide a little more context, the belt you see to the right is the timing belt.
