Question 2005 ML Stereo, Navigation, Clock system No Power

I have an issue with my 2005 LS430 with the Mark Levinson infotainment / radio system.

Here are the symptoms:

1. No power up NAV display
2. No power up Radio / CD Changer
3. CD Change not respond to Eject or TAPE insert
3. No power up the Clock multi display above the NAV
3. No 'accent lights' light up when headlights are on
4. Radio No. 1 Fuse will not blow immediately, but I randomly find it blown days after fuse replacement.

B1248 - AVC-LAN Communication Impossible

I wonder if communication impossible is due to the fact the systems are not working/powering up.

I am wondering how I can troubleshoot the issue. I've tried battery reset procedures to no avail.

I checked the output leg of the fuse and there is no short to ground.

The 7.5 Amp radio no. 1 fuse appears to be the only fuse to blow - again not instantly blown but if replaced it will be blown a day or two later.

The following fuses are intact and have 12V on Key On or ACC position:
P-ACC
Radio No. 1 (Was intact but blew again a day later)
TEL
RR ACC
AMP

I read the Nav / Clock display will not work with the Radio is not present - Is this true?
I thought of removing just the radio to see if the display/clock comes back alive but I think without radio these will not power up.

Should I try replacing just the radio section?
If there is a fault in the NAV/Clock - May that damage the radio?

Thanks in advance

Well this is embarrassing

I had mislocated the radio no. 1 fuse initially as it was obscured by the trim for the fuse door.

the 7.5amp radio 1 fuse was blown all along. And the fuse I blew was for the rear door (my other thread)

Well this is a happy ending. Always double check the simple things.
