Default Bad window regulator or window seals?

Do you guys think I have a bad regulator, window switch or the seals are holding the glass? Sometimes the window doesn't go down when I push the switch.

Looks to me like your tint is jamming the window. The movement is fine except when it jams and the motor sounds normal.
Maybe take the door card off and lube the mechanism if yer certain it isn't the tint that's jamming.

I'm pretty confident that it's not the tint. Should I lube the window track?

Yes, you need to lube something as the window is moving fine, then slows, then frees, then slows again.
Could be the track or the regulator linkages or the regulator mechanism.
Try the track first and if that doesn't work then you'll have to get the door card off to take a look.

What kind of lube do you recommend?

Silicone. I used a silicone grease but there are spray lubes too.

Here's a new video of the other weird thing my driver and passager side windows do. I have to keep holding the button for the window to go up and it stop and then it goes up. Sometimes it gets stuck and I have to wait a few seconds for the window to want to go back up.

One issue I have had with my windows is that the inner rubber seal (between the door trim and inside of the window) normally has felt on it (on the window side) so it runs smoothly along the window. the felt had worn off over time to the rubber seal would grab onto the window and fold over causing a jam. To fix this I had to replace that seal so it had nice new felt.
