Default Used Instrument Cluster Setting the Odometer

I need to replace my instrument cluster due to issues with the temperature, fuel, tach, and speedometer. I see several on eBay between $200 and $400. I also see standalone posts from cluster service companies offering odometer correction.
What I don't see, though, is any listings that offer the odometer and odometer correction.
Is it possible to program the odometer myself?

Google nor a search of this forum turned up anything.

Have you tried this Youtube
video?
All you need to do is to re-write the EEPROM chip like that way. It's an easy job for a person who is familiar to handle electronics related affairs.

Wow that's some good info Yamae. Nothing I would try personally but that will definitely help some people out. Me, I'd rather just pay Taninautoelectronix the $105 to do the job and have it done right. https://www.taninautoelectronix.com/...ge-correction/ Which is what I'm gonna do with my '93 eventually, when I decide to change my cluster. Or, they can rebuild your old cluster which is a bit more but probably cheaper then buying one from ebay and repairing that one. The clusters are different throughout the years. It would be easier sometimes to give advice or repairs if we know what year the car is.
Tanin Auto is a vendor here on Club Lexus with a very good reputation.

Nowadays almost every thing is controlled by the electronics. Those who are good at electronics can enjoy the life.

There is another simple way to correct the odometer just doing the soldering work. All you need to do is just swap the EEPROM from your current cluster unit to the replacing cluster.

No, I haven't seen that one. Thanks!
Although I'd be comfortable trying it out I probably don't have time to go through that process. I've got two small kids and the risk of me frying the chip, or the entire replacement cluster is too high.
The video did inspire me though. I'm thinking that since the odometer on my current cluster is working fine, I could probably just swap the chip between it and the replacement cluster.
Then there's no reprogramming required.

Unless anyone else has an alternate suggestion I think that's what I'll do.

Thank you @Yamae!
