1991 Lexus LS400 issues

1991 Lexus LS400 issues
I’m gonna describe various symptoms I’ve been having maybe somebody has a clue as to what it could be or experienced this before.
1. Car starts bogging around 40 and 60 mph giving it regular throttle
2. Turning on the AC makes the car almost stall or does stall
3. Oil level light (the orange one) comes on sometimes but then goes away
4. Car idles at 900-1000 in park but 450-500 in gear (shifts pretty hard from park to drive)
No CEL
Any guidance would be appreciated.

agreed with Mike. Especially being in all that heat in Fl. ECU sounds like the problem. Have you tried pulling any codes? If you don't even get the "all is good" code then its definitely the ECU not communicating at all.
