It took me forever to finish these models cause I got lazy but I finally got them done and printed and I'm pretty happy with the results. I still need to wire in the AUX so that I'm not dependent on the weakening tape drive mechanism.

Paint is the same that I used on the cellphone holder ashtray replacement seen here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...ior-paint.html. It mostly matches the other plastic. Maybe I should've done the mount base in a grey to match the dash though.





My only complaint is I can't figure out how to get any Android music apps to pause when the charger turns off with the ignition. Well that and most android apps have garbage landscape settings.

 

i suppose that's another way to get music through the factory system. what are the three lower buttons?

 

Power, volume down, volume up. It's just got a Moto G Power mounted inside of it so I made the buttons accessible. I kinda wanted to give it a car-cam port out the front, too, but didn't feel like spending that much more time on it.
