Can you special order a Lexus? specifically an '04 LS 430. My dealer will only sell the car one of three ways, moonroof and cooled seat. Custom Luxury or Ultra Luxury. They wont deviate from that system, which they call level 1, level 2, and level 3. Are they honest when they say I cant order one? THis is the only dealer within 30 miles and I will need to use them for service, so i dont want to go to another dealer unless I have too. Thanks in advance.

Your dealer is telling the truth. Lexus will only offer the car in 3 versions. I tried to cstomize an order several years ago..was a NO go...good luck!
