Question New LS400 Owner

Hey guys and gals, just picked up a 00' LS400. Im currently trying to figure out my plans for my wheels. I plan on lowering the car on K-Sport Kontrol Pro's. Im worried about the wheels because people talk about the huge brake calipers. I dont want to slam the car or roll the fenders (I dont want to modify things that cant be undone). I just want to lower the car a few inches and make her look pretty Ive been looking at 18x8 wheels, would that fit? Ive read up about the specs on stock wheels and I was looking for some advice. Feel free to share your wheel setups, id greatly appreciate It.
Sorry if I seem a bit noobie, its probably because I am!
Thanks everyone!

Welcome to owning an LS! You're gonna love it! Whether the wheels work or not depend on the clearance it allows for the calipers or how big of a spacer you slap on to make it work. There is an FAQ here where you can find a huge thread on wheels, fitment, and what other people are running. I'd check it out for inspiration!
