Default Need help with air strut install problem

99 LS400
TruHart air struts
Vera Elie Air Management

Had struts installed but the rears won't go up and down. The first few times I cycled it the rears raised and lowered an inch or two at the most, now they are not cycling up or down at all. Gauges show pressure going in and can hear air being let out when pressing down but no movement.
I decided to jack the car up to see what they will do with no weight on them and found that even with no weight they will not go up or down. Even when I jack the car up the hub just stays in the same location when it should sag down at least some.

Problems with the fronts as well.
If I press and hold the up button the gauge will go up to 150 (that seems to be the maximum on them) but the car will only raise a couple inches.
I later found that if I press and let go of the button over and over, in bursts essentially, they will raise as they should.

After some research I've found that the problem could be that they were tightened down in the wrong position. They should have been set to ride height or to max down before being tightened up.

Does this sound right to anybody with installation experience? If yes, what parts do I loosen to adjust them? I read one post that said the a arms but they were referring to the front only. I'm not sure what to loosen on the rears.
I contacted Vera for help but only want to tell me to go to a qualified installer. Probably for liability reasons. Because of covid I just don't have the extra funds to do that right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Glen
