Unhappy CD/cassette deck

I just picked up a used 1992 LS400, and it runs great. So far, no problem. The only thing is that it came with a cassette deck only. Anyone knows if there is a factory deck with a CD player (Lexus of course)out there that I can swap with ? I normally spend a lot of time doing long distance driving and I'd like to have a CD player. Other options? Trunk-mounted changer?

You could swap and get a Lexus deck that has CD controls along with a trunk changer, but that's not the best choice. Why not just get an aftermarket deck with a CD player? You'll be much better off, as long as you buy something decent. Here's what mine looks like:

Thx Earl. I will keep that in consideration. Not a bad option.
