Default Starter replacement

Looks like I'm getting a grind from that area when starting. Gonna be ordering one soon. Was wondering what else to replace with all that stuff off. Any pointers on what else to get since I'ma be in there?

FWIW, my 99 still has the oem starter, 237k, when I started getting the "clicks" , we replaced the solenoid plunger and 2 cable contacts, that was in 2010, and it still starts like new... I did not even need the intake gaskets.
