Help: Part # and Availability - Headlamp Washer

Help Please

2000 LS400
Headlamp washer
Passenger side
The Sprayer / Nozzle that sits atop the bumper (black plastic and squarish)
I need this part # and availability...
Can't find the part # anywhere...
Can anyone help please?

Here's a diagram with the part numbers. If a replacement is no longer available, you might be able to replace both nozzles with ones from a Hella headlight washer kit.
