Default 31K mile '99

I just picked up this car & looking to save it. Or maybe sell it for someone else to, undecided.
Black/Grey w/ Black interior & premium pkg

I am just attempting to verify the plan of attack, and suggestions are more than welcome.

The more significant prior history I have been able to gather:
9/12 @ 30.4K mi last oil change
8/10 @ 29K mi timing belt & tires
a few battery checks & other misc items

It is currently not running, as the battery has been dead for a long time. Last time it ran was probably 5+ years ago, which I know it terrible.
Should all these things be done on day one? Just hate the idea a gasket or something to let go shortly after it's on the road again, and have to tear into the same area a second time.
Are there overlooked things that also should be addressed?

battery
remove the plugs & add some fogging oil, or marvel etc
pull the fuel tank - filter
water pump / timing belt / 2x idler pulleys / tensioner
serpentine belt
thermostat - upper & lower hoses
trans fluid/filter
check control arms/bushings & motor/trans mounts
replace brake lines w/ stainless, fluids
power steering fluids

I know I have a bit of reading ahead...
thanks

Well that's like holding a carrot out in front of us. How about some pics, and a price.

Obtain a shop manual...

Many age-related issues along with sitting...especially lubricants and rubber components.

Safety first.

Brake master cylinder and caliper seals...

Brake lines should be fine....Flush brake fluid,(you will.require adapter for brake fluid reservoir to do this).replace differential oil, Replace transmission fluid incremental.drain and.fills..(do not flush) power Steering fluid incrementally., Engine oil twice(run for a few hours and change again)

Radiator is probably toast, however the original.hoses are quite durable.

Depending storage and climate -thermal , humidity cycles, the cylinder sleeves and rings may exhibit corrosion.

While plugs removed, check cylinder condition with a boroscope... (cannot reuse spark plugs due to compressed crush washers, so replace with Ruthenium type)

Should not have to remove tank...just drain and flush with a few gallons of fresh gasoline.
fuel pump.and both filters should be changed.

Engine air and interior cabin filter.

Clean MAF sensor with CRC MAF sensor cleaner.

Clean and condition leather (condition several times).Use professional products.

Clean and condition all rubber weather stripping with Shin Etsu grease.

Use OEM parts only.

Mind the P.S pump.for leaks.

Check integrity of all vacuum hoses.

Alternator bearing grease is probably expired...

Clean and lightly lubricate strut rods piston shafts.

Check tightness on valve cover bolts..not too tight

If original, then new tires...avoid cheap tires.

If you purchase an Aisin aftermarket timi belt/water pump kit, then lose the timing belt and purchase a timing belt from Toyota or Lexus...

Wow, looks better than I thought for sitting so lone. Have you started it yet or are you going to flush the fuel tank etc.?

Everything rubber will have to be replaced. Timing belt too because while it's not over by the miles, it's 9 years old and the belt will still deteriorate. It would be horrible to do all that work and have it grenade the engine.

The tires will also be lethal. I would not drive car with tires older than 7 years. Dry rot + drying of the rubber will greatly reduce their ability to grip.

Looks like it was kept indoors though, which is a huge plus. No UV damage!
