Hey hows it going? I wanted to try to get help if it's possible.. my 1991 LS400 radio never worked when I got the car but I purchased a newer radio Along with a wire harness.. unfortunately I grounded out when I was reinstalling a new radio in my car I wanted to know what fuse(s) or relay(s) did I blow out? Because at first my radio was the only thing blown now the whole console is blown.. another things whenever I fire up the car the lights on the climate console lights flash real quick then they're turned off so I know they still work but I need help

 

Is there a way to adjust resolution or move the x y axis? Mine's too stretched out and for some reason the brightness and contrast adjustment does not work.
