Changed alternator, coils and still running bad

Changed alternator, both coils and still running bad and has no power , I just recently deleted the middle mufflers with straight pipes , I kept the cats and it has straight pipes from cats to the back mufflers, could that have messed something up

any check engine lights? also it will help what type of car you are working with. please include mileage.

Check engine light is on when it acts up, very strange, it will run fine then out of nowhere lose power and hard to keep it running

You might try to remove the upstream oxygen sensors and do a test run to see if power has returned. If power returns, you have a clogged cat. If power doesn't return, you don't have a clogged cat. Test drove will be noisy.
