Suspension Switch in Trunk ??
I did a search regarding the lowering of stock air suspension and I see it mentioned several times that you must switch the suspension controller off in the trunk before making adjustments... Can anyone elaborate this for me...
I had to change my front right suspension controller rod assembly ( tie rod assembly ) and wanted to readjust & lower the front end but... Although it is a "bit" lower I still have what I think is a fairly high ride height with the rods adjusted all the way down.... And yes I went the right way with the rod adjust....
If the suspension controller must be turned off then wouldn't disconnecting the battery for a few minutes reset everything ok.. . I realize that this would likely reset the ignition controller as well... can anyone elaborate on what happens when the battery is disconnected??????
If the switch in the trunk??? or pulling the fuse will reset the controller then should I expect my height to be lower afterward - - or is my only other alternative right now is to remove the rods, hack saw some of the length off and then re-installing them??
You help is appreciated....
Cheers,

there is a switch inside the little drop down compartment where the tools are in the trunk. it should be near the top inside the compartment.
i believe a reset however, requires you to disconnect the battery.
