My question concerns a security system in the 92 LS400. Was there one? If so, was it factory installed and how did it work? Was it keyless or keyed?
I don't need a complete course in this - "Just the facts, Ma'am (of Sir)".

Std. equipment, I think. Arms when you lock the doors with the power lock switch or using the remote key. You get a red flashing light, above and left of the steering column, when armed.

 

Also, while the alarm is going off, you cannot open the doors because they lock themselves and do not unlock until you disarm the alarm.
