Default Unlocking issues

Hi so recently some ******* broke both of my lock cylinders from the passenger and driver side doors on my 95 ls. I pulled them out and it doesn’t look like there is any hope of rebuilding them. So my question is can I pull two off a wrecked car and have a locksmith make me a key or is this something that would have to be programmed to work with the car? worst case scenario I’m thinking I can still use my same key for ignition and new one for doors.

Pics? You can pull them off a donor car and have a locksmith re-key them to your current key set. Had a cylinder replaced on mine long ago and the keying was ~$150 at the time, likely much more now.

Oh really, there’s one posted not far from where I live listed so I’ll give that a shot.
