Help-outside temp gauge error?

I crashed and now my AC doesn't work, other issue is a couple months later the digital gauge only registers at -22?? Can I clean the sensor?

Sorry to hear about your crash. Sounds like the front got pushed back enough to damage the A/C and the outside temp sensor is a bit forward in that area. The sensor is likely damaged and would need to be replaced.
