Wind noise (and water leakage?) at tweeter triangle
Another post expressed issues with water leaks at passenger door tweeter dripping down door panel.and onto lower speaker...
I contacted Javier at McGrath Lexus for a solution.
He came up with Front Door Belt Seal 68195-50020
$5 same part both sides.
It immediately solved another problem...elusive wind and door noise seeping past the original wrinkled part-mass loaded foam Door Belt Seal.
The affected area
A closer view of the area behind tweeter grille.. After new foam seal installed...reduced wind and door/road noise entering.....probably a vinyl barrier would offer further improvement.
The old part is shown here...New part installed before this image.
A side view of old seal depicting bulge, sags and wrinkling...which explains noise ingress.

Rearview door mirror mounting triangle noise
Apparently front window cormer "triangle" noise was a common occurrence throughout the LS generations;

would this be why my 97 LS smells "musty" when I get in it and immediately turn the AC on? It always seems to smell like that just for the first 30sec-1min before the AC blows all the air out completely. Or would that be more Cabin filter related?

Removing vestigial wind and door noise at tweeter grille
The tweeter grille is a direct conduit to the inner door panel. The plastic interior window garnish where the tweeter resides does not block ingressing door noise.
Simple fix...while replacing thr Door Belt Seal, used the old seal as barriee/packing around tweeter.
Now...no noise permeating....
Driver's side Door Belt seal has shriveled and not doing its job.
Old vs new.
New seal installed
Tweeter pocket is a direct conduit to door cavity.
Another angle.
Trimmed old packing to seal tweeter pocket.
Tweeter reinstalled with OEM packing material

We also need to stop the rain water coming in from the upper part of the door. As the car ages, there will be a minor gap there.
See the photo.
This is done by a Celsior owner named きっころ. He used some silicon RTV colored white but a black one would be better.
