Replacing front window track/weatherstrip and guide rollers necessitated removal of thin clear plastic hole "plugs".
After plug removal, the adhesive did not reattach to the door frame, so replacement is in order.
Lexus offers upgraded P.N. 90333-35002. ....thicker material for better isolation of exterior door noise and window motor sounds.

Must use professional grade wax and grease remover or new plugs will not fully adhere... Used Eastwood brand.

Notice the thin plastic access hole cover sheet held in place with butyl tape... Raised and lowered the window and could discern a lot of (normal) motor noise that was permeating this flimsy barrier. Using a .080\" piece of mass-loaded vinyl would decrease wind, road and window lift mechanism noise considerably. On information, newer models use a metal access covee plate.
Yoda, why did you replace window guide and tract? Do you have part numbers for these?
The weatherstrip and door track are an integral unit.
Before I acquired the car, the owner trimmed the outer part of the rubber winow seal (!!!) so replacement was necessary.
The weatherstrip is sold as a separate line item but an incredible PITA to remove old from window track.
