Default Wheel fitment question

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, and I’ve used the search function, but does anyone know if a set of 18” AME Shallen AX’s with a +45 offset will clear the brake calipers? If not, what size spacer is recommended and what brand spacer should I go for?

Those were offered in low, med and high disk fitments. The seller have that info? What are the widths?

Here are some:

Note Timmy's reply about the spacers.

They are 18x7.5. I know thst’s a little on the skinny side (Slightly wider than stock wheels, which are 16x7), but later down the road and can get them rebarreled (I found a place that does it). I have the wheels now, so I can check if they are low, med or high disk. Pretty sure what I want is high disk.

I had shallens in 18x8 +30 and they definitely will NOT clear the brake calipers of an LS400 without spacers.
they were high disk, so I'm certain 18x7.5 will also be high disc!

I miss my wagon now...
